30202 Enkelrads konisk rullelager

Koniske rullelager: sammensetning, fordeler og bruksområder
Et konisk rullelager består av en indre ring (kjent som kjeglen eller koppen) og en ytre ring (kjent som koppen). Disse komponentene kan separeres. De kalles koniske rullelagre fordi kjegleenheten er smalere i den ene enden, og både de indre og ytre ringene på lageret er utformet med en smalere side for å matche rullene. På grunn av dette arrangementet er de svært egnet for å bære både aksiale og radielle belastninger. Jo brattere vinkelen på koppen er, desto større er lagerets evne til å motstå skyvebelastninger (aksiale). Disse lagrene opererer med en linjekontakt (korreksjon: typisk linjekontakt, ikke punktkontakt). De er godt egnet for miljøer med høy hastighet og tung belastning som krever lav friksjon.

Høy belastningskapasitet: Takket være deres unike struktur og kontaktmetode har koniske rullelagre en svært høy belastningskapasitet, noe som gjør dem ideelle for håndtering av tung belastning og støtbelastning.
· Lang levetid: Lav kontaktspenning, pålitelig drift og redusert slitasje bidrar til en forlenget levetid for lagrene, og gir pålitelig ytelse selv under tøffe driftsforhold.
· Separerbar og enkel å installere: De indre og ytre ringene til koniske rullelagre kan separeres, noe som letter installasjon, demontering og vedlikehold uten å måtte demontere hele drivsystemet. For enrads lagre kan klaringen justeres av brukeren etter behov.
·God innrettingskompensasjon: Koniske rullelagre har en viss grad av selvjusterende evne, slik at de automatisk kan justere for akselfeil, noe som sikrer jevnere lastfordeling, bidrar til å redusere slitasje og forlenger levetiden.
· Høy stivhet og presisjon: Koniske rullelagre sikrer høy stivhet og nøyaktighet for akselføringssystemer, spesielt i applikasjoner der presisjon og stivhet kreves.
